City-Hotel Aschaffenburg

I’ve been living in Germany for almost two years and booked this stay just to relax. It ended up being much better than I expected. Reception gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had. They spoke English, but were patient while helping me practice my German. The room was immaculate, and, coming from America, I especially loved having air conditioning! 😆 The hotel is right by the main transportation hub, with great food and shopping all around. I can’t wait to come back, and I’ll be sending visiting friends and family here.

The room was small and basic, but clean and had everything I needed. There’s no gym, and the parking is just across the street. The staff were very nice.

We felt at home here during our three-week stay. My husband and I flew in from NewYork, and the room size and bathroom space were reasonably comfortable. The room was kept clean, and the service was very good. When I arrived, the staff gave me such a warm welcome, like family. They helped me find my way from the airport by train and suggested places to see. They even printed directions and recommendations for me, which was incredible. The hospitality and team are excellent. If I get the chance to visit Germany again, I’d return to Aschaffenburg, stay at City hotel, and explore from there. I can find luxury hotels, but it’s hard to find staff as caring and reassuring as the team at City hotel. You’re awesome! 😊

The staff were kind and helpful, and the quiet room had all the comforts. It’s a nice, clean hotel right in front of the station, just a few minutes’ walk from the center. I’d recommend it.
