Moselromantikhotel am Panoramabogen

The food was amazing, and the staff were extremely friendly and great. The rooms were really good, with a nice, big terrace. Kind regards from the family Dekkers.

It's pleasantly quiet here, a bit away from the busy center, about a 15-20 minute walk. The rooms were modern and very clean, and we enjoyed the excellent breakfast and dinner. There's no restaurant right nearby, so the half-pension with dinner is highly recommended. A small fridge in the room would be nice, though. We'd book again.

We had a very disappointing stay and wouldn't spend our money here again. The booking details promised a mountain view, but we had none. We were sent upstairs to the second floor for a type B room, then had to come back down to the first floor where the room actually was. The staff didn't seem to know where it was. It was extremely hot and noisy, with warm air in the stairways from the sauna directly below our room. There was no view and no fan or AC. When we asked to change rooms, we were told we'd have to pay extra. The hotel needs updating. They gave us a drink voucher, then later refused to accept it unless we also bought dinner. We had a better experience at an air bnb.

The location is a long way from the nice part of town, and the walls are thin. I spent the night listening to the man next door snore, and there was NO WIFI in the room. I can't understand why this place is so expensive. At check-in, the man at the desk was on the phone and barely acknowledged me. He first said I didn't have a reservation, even though I did, then shoved paperwork at me after he noticed my name on the list. A kind woman who didn't speak any English showed me to my room, tucked away in a far corner of the hotel through a maze of stairways. Our first impression was terrible, and so far the stay has been downright bad. Avoid at all costs!
