10/10
The dog was welcomed everywhere with us, including in our room and at our table in the restaurant, and the staff were so kind and enthusiastic about it that we felt at home. Our room at the Whitman Hotel in Ascheberg was spectacular, with a lovely Lake view in the morning and a modern, practical design that made it comfortable and convenient. From the warm welcome onward, we had a wonderful stay. We've already planned to come back in autumn. We can’t wait.

We had a beautifully designed, comfortable apartment, and the main building's pool and relaxation area were wonderful. The breakfast and restaurant had good food and a lovely atmosphere. We hope to visit again!

Our studio was spacious, with a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the lake. The pool was pretty good, and breakfast was nice. The garden also has great lake views, as you can see in my photos.

The pictures make the houses look great, but I didn't find them nice in person. When we were there, the spa was open and staff weren't controlling access. The sauna isn't separated, which I think is a problem for children.

The receptionist was rude, the service was bad, and our room facing the busy street was noisy. What you see in the online pictures doesn't match what we found. I wouldn't come back.
