B&B Hotel München-Messe

We had enough room for the two of us, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, too. There’s inexpensive, good pizza for sale at the front desk, plus a nice bar and seating area where I got chatting with a lovely group of fellow travelers. It was a convenient base for Oktoberfest. The train is about a 10-minute walk away and can take you around Munich.

There are several shops within half a mile, and bus stops all around if you’re comfortable taking the bus. The hotel is also less than 1 km from the train station. Getting here is less convenient at the moment, though: I didn’t realize the main train line to the nearest station was under construction. That’s no fault of the hotel, but it’s worth checking before you book.

We’ve stayed here four times as a family of four, traveling from Denmark to Italy on vacation. It’s only a few kilometers from the highway, which works well for our trip. The hotel is clean and very nice, though basic, with what you need if you’re just after a bed, bathroom, and breakfast. It’s in the Messe area, a quiet industrial neighborhood with no activity at night.

Kirat and the other staff colleagues were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly. B&B Hotel Messe Munich is especially handy if you’re going to an event at Messe München. It’s a short drive or a few bus stops away.
