A quiet place with very friendly owners. Highly recommended.

The owners are very kind, and the attic rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities. I stayed with a friend for last year's Oktoberfest. It’s in a green village, about 35-40 minutes from Munich by public transport.

I had a restful, quiet night in a cozy, clean attic room, with no carpeting. The bed, approximately 140cm, was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean too, though the shower was a bit cramped. There was a small counter where you could get tea, coffee, and cold drinks for a small fee. I’d booked for one Friday night and got a very friendly welcome when I arrived. I paid straight away, received the keys, and was shown to the room. In the morning, I just left the key in the lock and could go without checking out. I was meant to leave by 10:00 AM, and got out shortly after 10 without anyone pressuring me. That was very pleasant. The price/performance ratio seems excellent, and I’d gladly stay again. Thanks so much to the dear owners!

Everything I needed was there for my one-night stopover. The room was really well equipped, and the landlord was very friendly. It’s near the motorway, and I’d definitely stay again.

The only real drawback was having to share the shower and toilet, so I’m giving it 4 stars. Otherwise, everything was great: nice, friendly staff and a clean, well-equipped room. It worked fine for a one-night stopover.
