The sofa was broken, so we had nowhere to sleep 😞. When we asked for help, they said it was the weekend and they didn't know what to do. We also left a charger behind. They told us to come back for it, then we waited two hours with our two little kids and still nobody could say what we should do. Terrible service. We'll never stay here again.

Right in the city centre, this is a big apartment with really good equipment. The internet kept dropping, though, and there's no free parking.

The connection drops every ten minutes or so. Good luck trying to do anything that needs internet.

Could've used more coffee. And that entrance door, the first one you come to, is something else.

On a business trip, I arrived to find a room that may still have been occupied. I tried to sort it out quickly, including asking to move to another room, but the process dragged on and the staff member wasn't allowed to decide. In the end, I booked somewhere else for that night. Things had been pretty good up to then, but I won't choose Limehome in Augsburg again.
