Everything we ate was delicious, and her personal touch and care with the food really showed. We were there for a birthday party from August 17th to 18th, 2024, and had a wonderful time. The hotel owners made us feel incredibly welcome, the rooms were beautiful and furnished with so much care, and the staff were very friendly. Thanks so much again. We'd love to return. Warmest regards from the Hupel family in Weimar ❤️

At first the owner's friendliness seemed genuine, but looking more closely, it feels less sincere. The restaurant's general impression is somewhat better than the food, which is only average. It's hard to overlook how commercial things have become.

Set in a picturesque countryside location, this is a lovely little hotel and it's very clean. The owners were accommodating and friendly, and I thought the breakfast was very good too. For the price, it's very good value.
