I enjoyed staying here so much that I added another night on my way back toward Frankfurt. Mansion is in a handy spot between Frankfurt and the north, and Pamela and her husband are both very hospitable. Pamela is the sweetest, hardest-working pension owner I know. I stayed in two different Single rooms, and both were completely spotless, without a speck or strand anywhere. The rooms were quiet, parking was plentiful, and breakfast was an impressive spread. This is now my regular place to stay in the area. Be sure to walk into town too, there are things to see, including a palace.

Pamela and Rene made us feel very welcome, and we’ll definitely come back. We spent a long weekend at this cozy B&B, where all the rooms are brand new. The indoor and outdoor communal spaces are lovely for breakfast or a glass of wine.

Everything was just right for a visitor, from the clean, perfect rooms to the friendly, helpful hosts. Breakfast had all we needed. I’d definitely stay again.

For an overnight stop in Arolsen, this was an excellent choice. The owners were friendly, the rooms newly furnished and spotless, and the WiFi was free and good.
