We arrived to a very friendly welcome, and the owner happily told us about the area and the hotel's long history in his family. The clean room had blinds that closed completely, which made for a restful stay. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. Breakfast was great and fairly priced. It's in a quaint village, with a gorgeous park nearby. We took a pleasant walk around town at night, and it felt quiet and safe. We'll stay here again when we're passing through Bad Bellingen.

After a great night's sleep, we found plenty of breakfast options, and the owner even let us take some sandwiches for the road. We were welcomed warmly and shown to a family room with two bathrooms and six sleeping places. It had all the usual hotel basics, including towels and pillows. We stopped here while traveling through Switzerland toward Italy. There are lots of restaurants and cafes about a kilometer away for dinner, since the hotel itself doesn't serve it. An easy place to recommend.

I only stayed one night while traveling by motorcycle, which was a shame because it's such a nice place. The welcome was warm, the room was spotless, and breakfast had a great selection. The price for the quality is excellent, the location is quiet, and there's parking right in front. Everyone was so nice and friendly. If I need a hotel in the area again, I'll definitely come back. Highly recommend it. What more could you want? 👍

My daughter and I had a lovely, if short, one-night stay at Hotel Schmid. They gave us a warm welcome, and our clean room looked out over the pool. We felt very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was beautifully arranged with lots to choose from. We'd gladly return, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thanks again!
