Our room was just the right size for two, and housekeeping cleaned it every day. The food was good and tasty, and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel was nice, though it doesn’t have its own parking area.

We had a blast staying here together. The wellness facilities were my favorite part, and the helpful staff made it a relaxing experience. Our room was large and clean, the beds were good, and I slept very well. The hotel is pretty inside and out, in a beautiful, very quiet area.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was generous. I enjoyed the bright, nicely decorated room overlooking a fantastic park. The building is grand and well maintained, with a lift, and the stay was very affordable. Bad Bertrich sits in a valley in a former volcanic area, surrounded by green forests, with pleasant walks and great views over the village. There’s also a large indoor thermal pool with a sauna and sunrooms nearby.

We spent a few days here and enjoyed our holiday. Right in the center of Bad Bertrich, Parkhotel Bad Bertrich has large, clean, well-designed rooms and very friendly staff. Its restaurant is one of the best in the area, if not the best. There’s also a professional wellness department. A great spot for a luxurious, relaxing break.

Dinner at the Parkhotel was a definite 5/5, and I recommend eating there. We shared one dessert plate after a really well-rounded meal. The fish was nicely cooked, the rump steak was tender and outstanding, and both the rösti and bratkartoffeln were tasty. We also had a very good bottle of red wine.
