The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. The bathrooms have been remodeled recently, but they’re very small. It’s good value for money, though the mattresses need to be better quality.

The house is well maintained, but we stayed for two nights without room service, so the beds weren’t made and the towels weren’t changed. My husband had several asthma attacks because the carpet wasn’t vacuumed during our stay. Breakfast didn’t meet our expectations either. We paid €283 for two nights and expected something different. Unfortunately, just one star.

The hotel is right in the spa area, so I could walk to the thermal baths. I had a wonderful, enjoyable stay at Hotel Rappensberg and felt very comfortable. My room was clean and nicely furnished, and breakfast was plentiful and very good. Thank you so much for everything. I’m from Munich.

We had a wonderful, relaxing Easter and felt very comfortable. It’s a friendly, family-run hotel right beside the thermal baths. The rooms were beautiful and clean, breakfast was generous, and parking was right at the hotel. Thanks to the whole team. We’d love to come back.

This was our second stay at Hotel Rappensberg, and we’re very satisfied. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend the hotel.
