Chalet Swiss - App.Nelles

The location is very good, and the bathroom was in good shape. The kitchenette was clean and had the essentials, and the staff were really friendly. But this time we got an older room with Murphy beds, unlike the double-bed room we had on an earlier stay. The mattresses were hard and cut short by the wooden headboard, so I had to use my own topper to manage. There was too much furniture for the space, the couch wasn't comfortable to sit on, and there was no table, just a small one for breakfast. The room badly needs renovation. I wouldn't stay in that kind of room again.

We had everything we needed, and the service was great. The rooms were nice and the location very good. We'd gladly come back. Simply top-notch.

The staff were helpful and very friendly, and the Murphy beds were comfortable, though they take up a lot of room when opened. It was a good-value one-room apartment with a bathroom. The bathroom had just been renovated, while the bedroom and living area could use some work too.

Mr. Nico helped us move the television by providing extension cords, and our request was handled quickly. We felt at home in the lovely rooms, and the welcome at check-in was very warm. I'd happily recommend these apartments.
