Hotel Juwel

Our overall impression was good, and we left feeling refreshed. The hotel was quiet, the welcome was warm, and the staff were very friendly. The food and service felt worthy of its 4 stars, which the hotel says it has. Still, I have doubts about the cleanliness. The entrance and stairwell were clean, but our room wasn't quite the same. There was an old cobweb and a patch of dust by the bed that looked as if it had been there a while. Maybe that corner is difficult to clean. After breakfast, the dishes were cleared from the tablecloths, but the crumbs stayed there until brunch, so we had to eat among other guests' breakfast remains. One evening our table had been freshly set and arranged nicely, but the cloth had several obvious stains. They were still there the next day, so it hadn't been changed. That left me wondering who had awarded the hotel its 4 stars. Even with those frustrations, thanks to the hotel team for our stay. We would come again.

The rooms were beautiful and clean, the food was good, and service was good too. Staff were very friendly. A superb hotel that deserves its stars. We'll be back.

Hotel Juwel feels very cozy, and the staff are attentive. The background music fits the atmosphere. It's always a pleasant evening.

The staff, food, cleanliness and service were all great, just as they have been on our previous visits. This was our third stay at Hotel Juvel. We did notice they still charge the energy surcharge.
