We spent several holidays here over the years, and they were always lovely, perfectly fine stays. I also enjoyed winding down by the small pool in the evening. What's changed for me is that they no longer serve dinner, so I don't want to return. I liked having a leisurely meal at the hotel, a glass or two of wine, then heading back to my room. I don't want to drive around looking for a restaurant at night, and then skip a drink because I have to drive afterward. It's a shame, and I don't think the change works well. I suspect it'll put other guests off booking too. It certainly does for me. I'd rather choose a hotel where dinner is available.

The attentive staff were always ready to help. Everything was clean, from the rooms and the rest of the hotel to the pool area. It's also ideally located for a mountain holiday. I'd gladly stay again.

Hotel Edelsberg feels like it's starting a strong new chapter under Sabrina. The young manager brings passion, courage and fresh energy, while staying warm and genuine and clearly caring about quality and hospitality. A future with tradition, that's how it feels. I highly recommend a meal on the sun terrace or an overnight stay.

The sauna area was a highlight, modern, well cared for, and just right for relaxing after a long day. I was welcomed warmly at check-in, and the staff stayed friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend the hotel!

The whole hotel was clean, and the breakfast buffet was both tasty and generous. The location and view are lovely. The pool felt a little cold, but the kids had a great time.
