The hot tub on the roof was a highlight for me. I could lie there for hours watching the sky and listening to the crickets. The house is in a wonderful spot, with open mountain views and hiking trails starting just behind it. Goats, cows, and sheep are only a few metres away, so it also works well for families with children. Inside, the apartments are lovingly furnished with beautiful materials, and the whole place smells of wood. There’s a large shared room with sweeping views over spring meadows, ideal for yoga groups and wonderfully quiet. I felt completely refreshed after just two days. The hosts are lovely, and I highly recommend staying here.

The view of the surrounding mountains is magnificent, and the large common room looking toward Hirschberg is so inviting. We had a wonderful stay at the newly renovated Sonnenbichl and are already looking forward to coming back. The hostess gave us a warm welcome. The renovation of the building is impressive, and the apartments are spacious, with a special design that feels modern and clean yet cozy. Both the bright, roomy kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. It’s also well placed for walking to the village center or setting off on hikes.

We’d been to the Iller and Ostrach valleys several times and found this place while looking for an apartment. The view from ours over Bad Hindelang and the surrounding area was fantastic, and you can head out hiking straight from the house to the mountains, huts, or village. The house has been newly renovated, with every detail done just right, and the hostess was warm and welcoming. There are mountains as far as you can see. We weren’t disappointed and will be back!

We loved how peaceful it was, and the village was an easy walk away. The hostess welcomed us warmly to the fully renovated house. Our apartment was bright and spacious, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Several hiking trails start right at the house and lead into the mountains. We felt very comfortable.

The large lounge has an impressive view of Hirschberg, and the house is a great starting point for different hikes. We had a fantastic holiday and spent some wonderful days here with a stunning view. Our apartment was well-appointed, full of light wood, and had a spacious bathroom. We’d love to return.
