Dinner was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was decent. We were given a very warm welcome, and the staff were attentive and really friendly.

The wedding at the hotel made it impossible to sleep. We could hear the music all the way in our room, and it infuriates me that I have to pay for a night when I couldn't sleep at all because of the celebration. We couldn't find a parking spot and had to park farther away. There was no refrigerator or minibar in the room, no air conditioning, and no common channels like SAT 1, RTL, or PRO 7. Our room faces south, so in summer I'm sure it gets unbearably hot. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is great, but I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation or a stay of several days.

The breakfast buffet was more than decent, and the Franconian staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious and clean and have balconies. It's centrally located. I slept wonderfully and felt refreshed the next day.

The location is fantastic, and we walked to the Kurhaus and town center in about 15 minutes. It's a great little town. We were here for a family celebration with about 30 people. The staff seemed completely uninformed and incompetent, though the food was good and the atmosphere relaxed. The rooms were okay.
