The apartment was spotless, charmingly furnished, and had everything we needed. It felt a little old-fashioned to me, though that may be my interior design background making me more critical than most. It was peaceful and still central, with its own terrace. Booking was seamless, and the landlord was friendly and easy to communicate with. Weekend parking right outside was free. I'd happily stay here again when I'm in Bad Kissingen.

The landlord was friendly, helpful, and easy to reach, and the town center is just a short walk away. This cozy little apartment is very clean and tastefully furnished, with a small kitchen, bathroom, living room with a double bed, sofa bed, little bar, and a small terrace for sitting outside. It works well for 2-3 people and is very well equipped for a few pleasant days.

The landlord was easy to contact whenever we had questions and gave us useful tips on things to see and do during our stay. The apartment has a stylish, lovely feel, and the town center is only a short walk away. We highly recommend it and will be back soon.

Restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away, and the street parking right in front of the building costs at most €1 a day, with weekends free. Check-in and checkout were incredibly straightforward. We stayed in apartment 3 with three people for one night, and it was spacious, quiet, and perfectly adequate. The bathroom was great, with free toiletries, a shower, and a bathtub. The bed was a bit hard and squeaked whenever anyone moved. One thing to know: the tourist tax has to be paid in cash, in the exact amount. If we're in Bad Kissingen again, this place will be one of our first choices. :-)

We'd love to come back. The owner was attentive and had taken care of everything, and there was a good range of wines at fair prices. The covered terrace was a great spot to relax, and the town center is just a short walk away. A really nice place to stay.
