The owner is such a charming, friendly woman, and the building has a distinctive feel after being carefully restored. My room was fine and certainly very clean. I couldn't try the food because the kitchen was closed, but I'd like to come back in summer when the "Biergarten" is open. It's just a minute from the A9 or A4, so it's well worth a stop if you're nearby.

I got in late at night, and the kind people at reception arranged a meal for my family. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. I'll definitely stop here again, and highly recommend it.

The room was spacious and tidy, and the staff were great. A really nice place. I'd give it five stars if the Wi-Fi worked better.
