I've relied on this pharmacy for more than 8 years, and the service has stayed quick and competent. The staff know their stuff, and urgent medication can often be ready the same day, within a few hours. Parking is easy too: Holzmarkt is 15 meters away, the garage is 25 meters away, and there's short-term parking right by the entrance, 3 meters away. I rarely need to stay long. It may look small, but it's a real gem on one of Bad Kreuznach's main roads. Full marks from me.

Since switching to Apotheke am Holzmarkt at the start of 2022, I've been extremely happy with it. Prices can be much lower than at other pharmacies, and every employee is friendly. They treat you like a person, which I missed at my previous regular pharmacy. If something comes up, the staff look for a solution, sometimes working it out together with the customer. Thanks so much, Apotheke am Holzmarkt team. Keep it up. My number 1 in Bad Kreuznach and the surrounding area. Service and prices are top-notch!

I needed the medication urgently after a heart attack, so I submitted a prescription today and was told it would be delivered by 6:30 PM. By 8:15 PM it still hadn't arrived. I regret that I can't recommend this pharmacy.

I've called twice to place an order in advance, and both times they just hung up on me. That doesn't feel like customer service.
