The staff were excellent and very helpful, including a guy who helped us all find the doors for the keys we were carrying after midnight, when the Christmas market was closed. I was here for one night on a business trip in November 2009. The hotel has a bit of a castle feel, with stairs and turns that take you down, around a corner, then up through a door. It left me wondering where I was, in a funny way. Getting there is easy, but make sure you can park close by. The wooden furniture is a little much, though it does feel homely, and the rooms are a good local standard for the price. Bad Kreuznach is worth a stay, and I reckon I'll be back soon.
