I've stayed here twice this year, once in August and again in November, and really enjoyed both visits. The managers are lovely and friendly, and know each guest by name. It was a pleasure spending time here. The renovated rooms have both air conditioning and heating, and you can tell they care about guests' comfort. Breakfast wasn't huge, but there was something for everyone.

We especially appreciated the friendly service and warm atmosphere. The hotel met our expectations for location, cleanliness, and amenities, and was very good value for the money. A small bedside nightlight in each room would be a useful improvement. It's sad that the restaurant has closed for very personal reasons, but there are plenty of other places to eat within walking distance.

The owner is friendly and keeps breakfast running smoothly and calmly. The egg dishes came out piping hot, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The rooms are modern, with walk-in showers. We'll definitely return with friends.

We spent last year in Ebernburg for rehabilitation and ate at the hotel restaurant several times. The food was delicious. We're deeply saddened by the death of the hotelier and head chef, who was always keen to experiment with his cooking. We wish the family and hotel all the best in the years ahead.

Heike deserves a special thank you for her kindness! The hotel is in a great spot, a short walk from the train station, REWE supermarket, and saltworks, with a lovely view of the red cliffs and Ebernburg Castle. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The rooms are clean, modern, spacious, and have everything you need for a wonderful stay. Simply perfect, and I'd highly recommend it!
