The room had lots of spider webs, a metal piece on the door that could injure someone, and a curtain rail that looked like it was cracking and might fall. I also found a bed bug, which caused an allergic reaction. I called an ambulance and went to hospital. I showed the hotel manager photos of the bug and told him what happened, but he didn't help and asked me to check out. Based on safety, customer service, and hygiene, I can't recommend this place. Of course I couldn't stay in a hotel that might lead to my death! In the owner's response, he says I refused to have the room cleaned. That's not true. I only declined on the first day because I was coming back from the hospital. The ladies cleaned the room on the other days. Their cleaning didn't include vacuuming, just sweeping the floor.

The breakfast was wonderful, and it was great value for money. The place has an elegant, old-fashioned look and a charming nostalgic atmosphere, with a family-owned feel and lots of love in the design. Totally recommended.

Our late arrival was handled perfectly, and drinks were available in the fridge downstairs. The breakfast room had also been renovated, and the buffet had everything we could want. Our renovated suite was much more spacious than expected for the price, with a TV in each of the two rooms, a desk, and practical furniture. Everything was great and very clean. The bathroom's lighted shaving mirror was especially useful. I didn't spot a hairdryer, though I may have missed it. The lobby and hallway smelled a little musty when we arrived, possibly from the old books and collections. For the price, the suite exceeded expectations, so I have to give five stars.

From reception, where I spoke English after arriving from England, to the daily room cleaning, everyone and everything was absolutely awesome. I stayed at Hotel Nora for four days from 30 December to celebrate New Year's Eve. They gave me free tickets for the bus, train, and tram, free entry to the thermal park, and a free meal in the morning. The hotel has an elevator too. It's rated three stars, but I felt as if I were staying in a five-star place. I've already booked another four days for Easter and will go again. Thanks!

We stayed for one night and got a lot for our money. The place was very clean and convenient, with friendly staff, a nice breakfast, free parking, and Wi-Fi. The city is lovely and green too.
