The garden is lovely, and the pool is still clean and very good. This was my third visit, and after all these years the staff are still super friendly. The service is good, breakfast is top notch for a 3-star hotel, and you can help yourself to a drink in the evening and relax in the easy chairs.

The dining area is nice, and the food was good quality. Staff were very helpful, and even the single room was spacious. Everything was very clean, and the large garden is a calming place to sit.

It’s a clean place with friendly staff, and the pool was very good. The hotel is close to the forest and a beautiful park. My only disappointment was the room, which didn’t look as nice as the photos on the website or Booking.

The food was good, and the price felt very fair for the quality. It’s a pleasant little family hotel. Bad Laer is a charming village in Lower Saxony, Germany. I’d recommend walking through the woods from Bad Laer to Bad Rothenfelde, or driving a few kilometres to Bad Iburg.
