The restaurant on the fifth floor was the highlight for me. The steak and burger were really good, and the food in general tasted fresh. The staff were helpful and polite, and the service was excellent. There’s plenty of parking behind the hotel, though it can get crowded sometimes. The room itself was okay, but housekeeping didn’t come unless we asked. That meant no fresh towels, toilet paper or shampoo, and the rubbish wasn’t taken away. The shower also seems to be fitted incorrectly and has no P-trap, so bad smells come back into the bathroom. With the door open, the smell reaches the bedroom and becomes unbearable. Keep that in mind when deciding whether to stay. Good luck.

The staff are friendly, and the hotel is okay. The internet, though, is very poor.

We paid quite a lot to stay here, so it was really disappointing that the internet simply didn’t work. We called reception and the woman there told us to reconnect, but it still didn’t help. Staying here was the wrong choice.

There wasn’t any food at the hotel when I stayed overnight on a Monday, and they didn’t have ice when I asked for some for a minor injury. The staff were friendly enough, but none of them spoke English.

The beds are small and cheap, with awful mattresses. I woke up feeling more tired than before I went to sleep.
