There’s loads for children here, including childcare, and a water park is within walking distance. We came in an electric car and had no trouble using one of the hotel's three chargers. The service areas and reception are lovely, and everyone was so nice and ready to help. Breakfast was just right, but dinner was a letdown: overcooked and not very inviting. We’d come back for breakfast, and the hotel seems especially suited to families. Our room, though, felt old on top of old. We wondered whether the hotel had ever been smoke-free, and whether the furniture had been replaced. Scented candles helped us manage. Still, we had a good stay and can recommend it, particularly for families.
