We were so relaxed and happy here that we asked to extend, but their schedule didn’t allow it. The apartment was just as neat and spotless as in the pictures, and had everything listed, including everything you might need in the kitchen. It’s for three, and they kindly provided an extra bed for our group of three. The host responded quickly and politely. The price was very good compared with others nearby. There’s a very good bakery close by, and the town center, with its restaurants, cafes, and shops, is nearby too.

You’ll find everything you might need in this beautiful apartment, and the view is great. Altenstein park and castle are within walking distance, and the Kurpark is just a few steps away. Highly recommended!

The owners were very friendly, and we had everything we needed for our 10-day holiday in the Thuringian Forest. We rented the "Amtsstube" in Bad Liebenstein and were very happy with it. We’d gladly come back and definitely recommend the apartment.

Our apartment, "Schwalbennest," in the old town hall was spacious, tastefully furnished, and full of thoughtful details. The kitchen was well equipped too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bad Liebenstein, felt very comfortable, and will be back.

We had a short stay in the "Amtsstube," a roomy apartment that was quiet, extremely clean, and furnished with real care. If we come hiking in the region again, the "Amtsstube" in the Old Town Hall will be our first choice.
