The host was the heart of the place, a warm, kind, attentive woman who made me feel at home. The energy was peaceful and positive from the moment I arrived. The hotel is pet friendly too, and the host’s two lovely dogs add to the cozy atmosphere. Art Hotel Arabella is one of the most special places I’ve experienced, even after staying at hotels around the world. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed; the cedar wood furniture has a wonderfully calming, natural scent, and the pillow was so comfortable I slept like a baby every night. There’s a welcoming dining area, fresh fruit, seeds, honey, and complimentary high-quality supplements with clean, amazing ingredients. I care about health and wellness, so that really impressed me. If you’re in Bad Nauheim, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a lovely experience, more than just a hotel.

I ended up choosing this hotel by accident because everywhere in Bad Vilbel was overcrowded, but I was very glad I did. I was there on a business trip, and the room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and equipped with more than enough for one person. The staff made the strongest impression: they were so pleasant and welcoming. I had to leave before breakfast time to reach the company on time, so they offered an early service. It wasn’t limited, as I might have expected that early; it was the full service with the complete offer. My stay was more than positive and satisfying, and I’d gladly come back.

For seven years, I’ve stayed at Hotel Arabella each Elvis Festival week with my friends from Ireland, and Heidi and her lovely staff always look after us so well. The bedrooms are comfortable and really nice, and the hotel is very clean. There’s lots to choose from at breakfast, which is great. I highly recommend Hotel Arabella and look forward to returning next year.
