The room’s bathroom being outside the room and the weak WiFi were the only drawbacks, so I’m taking off one star. Everything else made for a really pleasant stay: the staff were polite and friendly, breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is right in the city centre, within walking distance of the main sights. I’ll definitely come back.

The apartment was spotless, lovely, and thoughtfully furnished, and our landlord looked after us so well. He was kind, helpful, easy to reach whenever we had a question or problem, and even shared ideas for things to do. Checking in late was no problem at all. We stayed over Pentecost weekend and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much, we’ll definitely return. Kathleen and Thomas Kabelitz

The hotel sits right by the river promenade, with plenty to explore nearby. Carpe Diem is just 110 meters away, Apollinaris Stadium about 960 meters, and the Swan Pond is close by for animal and nature lovers. The V. sports club is 6.4 km away. You can also reach St. Laurentius Church in Ahrweiler and the Roman Villa Museum easily. The Bad Neuenahr cookery market is a five-minute walk, and the climbing park is a six-minute drive. There are hiking and cycling trails in the area, too. There are nine rooms, each with free Wi-Fi, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and modern amenities. Rooms include a flat-screen cable TV and a work area for a laptop. It’s a non-smoking, budget-friendly hotel with an on-site ropes course. Cologne/Bonn Airport is 37 km away, and Bonn Central Station is 21.2 km away.

Our room was roomy and had a pair of armchairs, a table, and a balcony looking out over the Ahr River. It was all clean and well kept, bathroom included. A really nice hotel, easy to recommend.
