10/10
The main drawback was the weak Wi-Fi in my room at the far end of the corridor. A simple, inexpensive repeater could fix it. Otherwise, my large room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is spacious, with a friendly reception, and sits by a 19th century English style park with bathhouses from the same period. It’s also conveniently close to the large Bali thermen and saunas.

8/10
The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of good options. There’s parking on site, and the Bali Thermal Spa is just a stones throw away, highly recommended. The hotel is beautifully located a few minutes’ walk from the park and about 5-10 minutes from the centre, with lots of restaurants nearby. My room was clean and spacious, with modern touches and a great view over the park, though the bathroom felt a little dated.

There are parks close by for a walk or run, and it’s definitely a good place to stay. Check-in was quick and easy. As a Wyndham Diamond member, I received an upgraded room, which was clean and very quiet.

I liked having a tunnel directly to GOP, and the room was clean. Most of the staff were very friendly, except around the breakfast area. Overall, it was an okay stay. The hotel should improve the room amenities by adding a safe and minibar, and renovate the bathrooms. For the price, breakfast could be much better.

An environmentally friendly hotel with good facilities, parking, and an excellent breakfast.
