The café was clean, and the coffee and pies tasted great. Still, it wasn’t the best experience. Prices were quite high, and eating in cost more than taking things to go. The waitress was a bit rude and wouldn’t give me napkins unless I ordered cake or pie, otherwise I’d have to pay extra.

I can only speak for the pastry shop, but it really lives up to the name. The display alone makes your mouth water, and every cake and slice of torte I tried was excellent. They’re still made by hand here, and you can taste and see the difference. Service was fantastic too. I was always treated politely and courteously. Prices are more than reasonable, especially since everything costs significantly less to take away. A big thumbs-up from me, and I highly recommend it!

We booked three apartments, and each one was different but very nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and everything we tried at breakfast in the café downstairs was delicious. The café is very centrally located. We’d love to come back.
