We spent an hour and a half waiting by the self-check-in machine, and still couldn't get checked in. We called support several times before they finally said there was an internet problem near the terminal. I'm very disappointed. Why couldn't they have told us sooner?

The room had everything we needed, including a small stove and a fridge with a freezer. It's a great hotel and I'd recommend booking ahead. One thing to watch: paying at the machine on site, where there's no staff at the counter, cost almost twice as much as booking online, 169 euros versus 99.

The owner was kind and really helpful, and we found the room clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, with a good bed. The location was great too. A lovely place for a first trip to Germany. I'd definitely recommend it, 10/10. Thank you!

The room was cozy and extremely clean, and the whole stay was better than I expected. Probably the best motel I've had the chance to stay in. I'd absolutely recommend it.

I was working in the area and stayed here for over a month. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and there are shops and restaurants nearby. A really good motel, and a perfect place to stay.
