We were there for two nights, three adults and two little kids, and had a wonderful time. The building looks a bit dated in its renovation, but it still deserves every star. The mountain views were breathtaking, and both the clean, well-kept pool and sauna had a great outlook. Breakfast and dinner were varied, plentiful and delicious, and the price felt very good for what was included. The sky bar was beautiful, with tasty cocktails, and the little indoor play area was just right for the children. Reception staff were kind and helpful. Everything was clean and organized, with lots of thoughtful touches. Our comfortable bed, balcony view, coffee and tea in the room, Rituals toiletries, and prepared children's beds were all appreciated. There was even a small box of useful things like a needle and thread and a nail file. We'd definitely return, especially as a family.

The hotel sits between town and the Salaach river, both nice places for a walk, and there's a small garden across the road. It's also very close to the train station. Our family of four booked a family room and got two connected rooms, one for adults and a smaller one for the kids. The children liked the bunk beds and having their own space. Each room had its own balcony, shower and toilet. We used the clean, heated pool every day. The game room, with pool, table tennis and foosball, gave us lots of time together, although the foosball table wasn't working well. Staff everywhere, at reception, in the restaurant and cleaning rooms, were polite and helpful. The kids also loved the delicious cookies served at reception each day. Breakfast had an adequate selection, though it was quite similar day to day. We'd recommend it for families.

The pool and sauna were a real treat, and our spacious room came with stunning views. Parking was easy thanks to the large garage. We had a few wonderfully relaxing days in Bad Reichenhall, with a warm atmosphere, impeccable service and very friendly staff. Bayern Vital Hotel went beyond what we expected, and we liked it enough to already be planning another visit.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and my clean, spacious room had a comfortable bed. There was no air conditioning during my visit in a warmer month, though the hotel seems geared toward skiers. Breakfast handled my gluten-free needs really well: the staff had been briefed, there were no problems, and I had plenty of delicious options. The hotel has a minimalist, somewhat modernist and industrial style, including an effort to save electricity. It's close to historic Salzburg, making it a good place to stay.
