We spent five nights in a comfort double room with a balcony. It was all clean, quiet and very restful, with excellent value and a superb location right beside the Kurpark. The staff were lovely, friendly and super helpful. Thanks, Elise, Oliver, Toni & Dana, for a memorable stay and such wonderful hospitality!

We were there for hiking, so can’t comment on the spa treatments. Villa Henckel is in a fantastic location, with the train station and spa gardens only a few minutes away on foot, and Salzburg a short drive away. We booked a three-day break. The building and rooms are a little dated, but they have their own charm and suit the lovely spa town. Our room was clean, and the view of the mountains from the balcony was wonderful. We were welcomed so warmly, and the stay was very pleasant. Thanks again for that and for the excellent coffee, even though we turned up a bit early for breakfast.

The main reason I’m giving it four stars is that my condition improved noticeably during my stay at Reha Villa Henckel. The place was very clean, the food was good, and the therapists were kind and considerate. Some things were difficult, though: therapy appointments were packed too closely together, the Wi-Fi wasn’t good enough, and the bathroom was very cramped, especially for a heavier person. The management wasn’t very cooperative or friendly, and there wasn’t a regular doctor on site.

I only stayed a few days, but I’d definitely book again. The place was spotless, and both the hosts and staff were incredibly friendly. Dana, who handled catering, was especially kind and capable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I’d absolutely recommend it.

I felt comfortable and well looked after the whole time. The therapists were fantastic, and everyone was friendly and ready to help. I’d definitely come back. Thanks so much for everything! 😊👍
