We used Villa Rein Boutiquehotel as a base for skiing in Austria, just a short trip away, and for exploring the Alps and nearby Salzburg. The location is peaceful but still a short walk from the centre of Bad Reichenhall, restaurants, and the spa park. Our family spent six nights here and left with lovely memories. The historic villa has been beautifully restored, with modern comforts and thoughtful design. Our spacious, spotless room was well equipped, and the very comfortable bed made it easy to unwind after skiing. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with fresh ingredients, good coffee, and plenty of choices. Sebastian and the team made us feel welcome from the start. It's a family-run place with a warm, personal feel, and they were helpful with everything, from finding adapters and sharing local tips to bringing breakfast to our room. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, relaxed place in the area. Before booking through a travel platform, I'd check their websites too, as there have been some great deals for booking directly. We'll be back!

The room was spacious and had a balcony, and the street was quiet. Restaurants and all the sights were within walking distance, while the location was still central. I stayed almost a week and found the service excellent, the breakfast fantastic, and the staff super friendly and helpful.

The room felt luxurious, and the hotel pairs its original art nouveau details with a very modern feel. It's also well placed for trips to Salzburg and Berchtesgaden. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, and breakfast was excellent, made with fresh ingredients. It's the attention to detail that puts this place above the rest.
