Seeschlösschen

The kitchen and dining room were excellent, and the house itself was spacious when we stayed over Pentecost in 2026. Parking was limited, with at most three spaces in front and four beside the house. There was a slope to manage for wheelchair users and others with mobility issues, and the outdoor area, basically a lawn and sandbox, was neglected. Some rooms, as well as the hall and stairs, had heating on that we couldn't switch off even though it was 25°C outside. The elevator wasn't working either. Our bathroom was very small, and the shower temperature kept changing, sometimes going cold.

The lake view from the dining room was lovely, and the big kitchen made cooking for our group of 25 fun. We had another great weekend at the Seeschlösschen from August 22 to 24, 2025. Everything was tidy and clean, and the house was equipped just as we expect from Lehmann's guesthouses. The landlords were friendly and easy to deal with. There are just two family rooms with bunk beds for children, fewer than at the other guesthouses we've visited. Check what's open before you go: paddle boating had very limited hours, mini-golf was closed, and the fairytale forest was shut, which disappointed the kids. The nearby area is good for walks, there are several shops in the village, and we even picked up fresh rolls at the bakery on Sunday. We recommend the accommodation.

The games room was a real hit, with billiards, darts, and foosball. We were 30 people and all had a great time in this lovely old villa. The kitchen was fantastic, with plenty of everything we'd need. We'll come again.

Everything was clean and in good shape in the rooms we used, and the kitchen's newly installed appliances made it perfect. We spent plenty of time playing billiards and foosball. A table tennis room would be a nice addition. Check-in information and check-out went smoothly, and the staff were friendly.
