The location is great for seeing the town, and the station is only a 10-minute walk away. There's lift access to every floor, the rooms are excellent, and breakfast is first rate. This is an amazing hotel, and I thoroughly recommend it.

The food and service were outstanding across the hotel restaurants, both the sushi and steak sections, and the bar. Our server, Chris, was prompt and delightful, with great tips for the food and things to do at the Christmas Markets. Kei, the sushi chef, was a magician. The sushi tasted fantastic and was presented beautifully. The steaks were unbelievable too, and the steakhouse chef deserves 4 Michelin stars. The Spirit of India had an amazing atmosphere, and the barkeep really knew mixology. Christian, the owner of the restaurants and hotel, even stopped by to say hello and make sure our visit was exceptional. It was one of my best experiences in Bad Salzuflen, Germany, and maybe all of Europe.

The breakfast room has a nice view over the town, and the people were friendly. The hotel looks nice, and the rooms are fairly stylish. My only criticism is that I found the swimming pool quite cold, though maybe that's because of the sauna.

There was no vegan breakfast offer at all, and the restaurant has only one vegan dish. For a 4-star hotel, that's a bit little. Apart from that, the stay was pleasant: the room was very quiet and clean, and the wellness area was very nice.

The breakfast was nice, including the restaurant where it's served. But the hotel is just okay, and you have to pay extra for everything. Parking isn't free, and spaces are limited, so most people have to use the public parking for 12 Euro per day. The spa forgot our reservation, and there was no complimentary water bottle in the room. Some double rooms have only a glass bathroom door, while some single rooms have no bathroom door or walls at all.
