Altendorfer Vorwerk

The quiet surroundings made for restful nights, and I found the bed really comfortable. I felt completely at home and am already looking forward to visiting again. The apartment was bright, modern, spotless, and furnished with so much care. Fresh flowers greeted me in the hallway and throughout the place, which was such a lovely touch 😍. It was easy to get around without a car. Two bus stops are only a two-minute walk away, and you can head to the nearest town or the start of a planned hike. There’s plenty to explore nearby too, from hiking trails and boat tours to viewpoints and idyllic spots. Parking in front of the house was ample, and the carefully kept courtyard and garden had lots of places to sit, along with charming balconies. The apartment had everything I could think of: dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, books, Wi-Fi, and a folder full of local tips. Even small things like towels, dish soap, a shoehorn, vinegar, oil, and spices were provided, which made packing much easier. The owners were warm, straightforward, and reliable to communicate with. Thanks so much for being helpful and making the vacation unforgettable. 🥰 🥾🌲🌳⛰️🔆

The rental agency was extremely friendly, and communication was excellent. We’ve now been to Altendorfer Vorwerk twice, staying in Apartment 1 in January and Apartment 4 last weekend. Both were stylish, cozy, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed, from spices, oil, and coffee makers to games, sharp knives, and tips for things to do. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely return!

We booked three holiday apartments at Altendorfer Vorwerk for a family trip. They were beautifully furnished, with lots of attention to detail, and very well equipped. We felt right at home and would happily recommend the place.

We’ve been coming back to Vorwerk since 2014, and the ambiance and amenities are a big part of why. The garden is also a welcome spot for children who still have energy after a long hike.
