The hotel is across from the city's well-known thermal baths, which I didn't visit, and there's a large, beautiful park nearby. It's about a 20-minute walk from the main train station, with a bus stop right outside, and a few dining options close by, including a good Italian restaurant and a kebab spot about 10 minutes away on foot. I came along on my husband's work training trip and was pleasantly surprised by this charming small-town hotel surrounded by greenery. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom very clean, and breakfast excellent. Reception staff were incredibly welcoming. The small gym, as is typical of most hotels, was modern, with a treadmill and a few weights, and made for a good workout. The sauna area had Finnish, steam, and infrared saunas. They were off in the morning, but someone turned them on promptly when I asked. Everything was excellent quality.

Free parking and a solid continental breakfast buffet. We stayed overnight on our trip from Italy to the Netherlands. The beds were comfortable, the blankets nice, and there was a selection of pillows.

Parking was convenient, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean and very well maintained. The property was better than I expected in every respect. A mini refrigerator in the room would've been nice, but otherwise everything was perfect.

We used this very nice hotel for the Ironman race, and it was absolutely convenient. They were thoughtful about the race, with early weekend breakfast and a separate dinner menu for athletes. The rooms are spacious and breakfast is recommendable. I just missed having coffee or tea in the room.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and there are some excellent local German wines. Ask them for recommendations from the wine list, and have dinner at the hotel. It's a nice, comfortable place with large rooms and excellent staff. I'll stay here again.
