Since 2020, my family and I have stayed in Rita's immaculate spaces, most recently in August 2025, and we'll return whenever we can. The homes are beautifully appointed with everything we needed and more, and the wood is lovely. You can smell the untreated surfaces. Rita takes great care to keep the spaces clean and healthy. She uses only natural products for cleaning and laundry, with no synthetic chemicals or air fresheners. There is so much care and love in every space, and I highly recommend it. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with a garden to relax in and lovely balcony views. You're close to shops, the river, restaurants, and bus stops that can take you wherever you want to go.

The owner and staff are really friendly and make the stay feel like home. There's plenty of space and all the utilities you need. One of the best places to stay in this area.

We've had to stay here for long stretches because of health issues, and each time the hosts have made things comfortable and flexible at amazingly fair prices. This family's accommodations have become a second home to us. I've traveled extensively and haven't found anything comparable. The property is beautifully kept inside and out, with refined taste, tradition, and tireless attention to quality, purity, and detail. They never cut corners. From the rose garden and tableware to the mattresses, pine furniture, cleanliness, personalized service, state-of-the-art sauna, and infrared cabin, everything is so conscientious. I can't imagine a cleaner or more breathtaking place to stay. Thank you so much, Team Landhaus Theresa, and especially Mrs. Förg. As you know, we'll be back!

I'm from Bad Tölz and would have preferred to make a reservation in person, but the receptionist's rudeness put me off. I rang the bell around 6:00 PM on a Tuesday and overheard the comment, "They come whenever they want..." What a shame. There are so few hotels and accommodations in Bad Tölz that it seems you can get away with a lot!
