Chase Boutique Rooms

The smallest studio, black butterfly, was about the size of a typical hotel room: double bed, kitchenette, little bar for eating, and a small bathroom. It wasn’t very big, but it worked perfectly for my stay. The place is just as advertised and reviewed, very stylish and in a convenient spot. Even with the restaurant downstairs, it was quiet and I didn’t hear much.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re planning to stay downtown.

Christine and CHASE Apartments were fantastic. You’re right in the old town, just minutes from all the sites. The furnishings were clean and up to date, and there was lots of storage for our belongings. We were on the top floor and didn’t hear city noise, just the church bells, which sounded lovely. Thanks again! I’d highly recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed in these lovely apartments several times, and the price, quality and especially the location are outstanding. The shower temperature can be a bit fiddly to set, and the spicket design is odd, though it still works. I knew there was a bar downstairs, so the noise wasn’t a surprise, but I didn’t have the noise problems others mentioned. The bar is excellent, with great steaks. Next door, Backoefele has the best Frankonian food I could find. Both places have gluten-free options, which was a real lifesaver since I wanted a schnitzel.
