There weren't any towels, and the hostess showed no respect. Right after we arrived and she gave us the key, she judged me by my appearance and said I was disabled. I’m not. She also judged other people.

The towels we'd booked weren't there. When we arrived and handed over the keys, the hostess talked on and on, then said I had a disability, according to her. She showed absolutely no respect.

I had a really good stay and would definitely return. The negative reviews make me wonder if someone is targeting this vacation rental, especially the two that mention a “disability.” They seem particularly suspicious to me.

"Haus Philipp in Bad Urach" ☹️👎 The team was unfriendly and inexperienced. Service was very poor at every stage, from reservation to check-in and check-out. Unreliable, unprofessional, unfriendly, and not focused on customers. An absolute disaster. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. ☹️👎
