Breakfast was excellent, with a good spread of pastries, cold cuts, and cheeses. You could also choose whether to have your egg baked, scrambled, or boiled. I found a room for my wife at short notice, the price was confirmed, and everything worked out perfectly. The room was clean, the price was right, and reception was friendly. We’d gladly return. It’s a shame the family-run business plans to retire in the long term. I hope the successors keep it going in the same spirit.

I’ve stayed twice and would gladly come back. The room and bathroom were remarkably clean, and a double room for one person was affordable. Breakfast is a basic but adequate spread, with fresh eggs cooked how you like them. Last year, the 85-year-old owner was still serving breakfast, while the other ladies, who aren’t young either, ran everything superbly. Thanks again!
