Atlantic Parkhotel

The staff made this weekend with my son such a good experience. He uses a manual wheelchair and doesn't stand or walk, and although there are stairs at the entrance and a few more before the lift, everyone from reception to the waiters jumped in to help get him up. They were the friendliest, most helpful people. We could walk or roll to everything from the hotel's perfect location. Some shop owners even brought out portable ramps so he could get inside. Our lovely room had a balcony and a beautiful view, and the hotel brought breakfast up so we could eat outside on the balcony. Breakfast was very good, fresh, and locally sourced. It could have been a difficult stay, but we had the best time. I had a great Mother's Day weekend with my son 🥰.

We spent 8 days here and, in the end, had a pleasant and welcoming stay. The location is excellent, about a 7-8 minute walk from the Caracalla Spa, or just a few minutes by car if you prefer to drive directly from the parking area. At first we had a few hiccups. Our first room was in a rather mysterious spot, as I say jokingly, and its door stuck. We couldn't reach reception by phone. Once we reported it, the male manager was extremely attentive, fixed the problem promptly, and moved us to a much better room. I'm truly grateful. I think our overall satisfaction was largely due to his years of experience and genuinely attentive manner. Big thanks to him! 😎✨🙏🏽 We hadn't booked breakfast in advance, which I'm glad about. We tried it once, found the service lacking, and chose a nearby café for the rest of our stay. Still, I wouldn't say I was dissatisfied.

Tim at reception is what made my stay unforgettable. He was informative, attentive, and genuinely kind, and made me feel welcome straight away. From check-in through check-out, he went above and beyond with local tips and made sure everything was right. He's a real credit to the hotel, and I'll definitely return. The Atlantic Park Hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and well located. I had an amazing experience.

The only downside was that there wasn't a bar open in the evening or a restaurant, though it's not a major issue with plenty of places close by. Otherwise, it's a great place right in the middle of Baden Baden, with old school flare and a great breakfast.
