Set in an old building, the place has kept a lovely historic feel despite the renovations. It’s clean and comfortable, right in the city center, with a beautiful terrace and windows looking out toward the city and mountains. I liked it a lot, and would recommend it for a family trip or a romantic getaway.

We were there at the end of December with a small child, and there was no heating or hot water. The person in charge wouldn't answer the phone, either for us or for Booking. Booking was no help either. After the trip, all they did was promise a 20% allowance within three weeks. That was supposedly their policy when the house isn't suitable. Nobody took responsibility.

The apartment is spacious, but everything feels old. There’s no reception and nobody available to contact if you need something. The air conditioning and elevator were the only good parts for me. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
