At night, the room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. It’s a peaceful family-run hotel with an Italian restaurant, and the staff are lovely, friendly, and always willing to help customers with whatever they need.

I was here on a business trip. The location was good, the room was clean, and breakfast was good. But one of the breakfast staff was very disrespectful. I spilled a tiny bit of coffee on my table, and she spoke in her native language. When I asked what she'd said, she knew she'd been in the wrong and apologized for overreacting. Still, it felt very unprofessional and left me with a poor impression of my stay. I'll pick another hotel next time I'm in Balingen.

Hamann is part of what I like about Balingen in Germany. I like this place a lot. The accommodation is good, and so is breakfast.
