I won't stay here again, even though the bathrooms were clean and the beds were fine. The restaurant meal was stale Chinese food, far too salty and swimming in soy sauce, so the kids couldn't eat it. Luckily I had brought some food along. When I complained, the server showed no understanding and called us too picky. I still paid for everything. It felt very unfriendly to families, and the service was rude.

Getting into Bautzen is easiest by bus, with a stop about 10 minutes from the hotel. The area itself is peaceful and really nice. My bed wasn't quite as comfortable as I'd like, but it was fine for the nights I was there. The Wi-Fi didn't work as expected, though it wasn't a big issue since I spent much more time out than in the hotel.

A good place to stop for the night while travelling. I'd suggest taking a look around Bautzen's old city center.
