I want to warn people about what felt to me like a trick, possibly even fraud. I'm extremely disappointed and upset, and I rarely leave negative feedback. Think carefully before staying here, or choose somewhere else. We booked three nights but left after two. The bill was altered to show fewer nights, so at first we thought they hadn't charged us for the night we missed. We didn't check it carefully, though we did wonder why the amount seemed high. Only later did we notice that the bill had first been made out for four nights, then changed to three. We ended up paying for a night we hadn't stayed. When we wrote to them, they said there'd be no refund because we'd booked three nights. I still can't believe that happened, and it felt like a lie. The place itself didn't impress us either. The food wasn't tasty, the restaurant closed at 18:00, the service felt arrogant, breakfast was sparse, tables were dirty, and the view from the room was rubbish. Nobody offered us a sauna, but they were quick and happy to charge for the night we didn't stay. The only good things were that it's not far from Arber and there's an absolutely adorable, beautiful cat. I highly do not recommend it.

The food was just so-so, and the time management was good considering the circumstances.
