We really loved staying here. The people were very friendly, and although the room was a little older, it was clean and useful. Ours had a balcony with an ashtray, so we didn’t have to go downstairs 😏 Breakfast was good, and 6€/person seemed fair. All the meat was pork, which was a shame, but there were plenty of other choices, like cheese, eggs, cereal, and jam.

Excellent value for money, and close to Grosser Arber. We also enjoyed the sauna, and the kids liked the ten pin bowling.

The interior is superb and the food was wonderful. It’s a nice place to stay or just come for a meal.

The furnishings are a little dated, but everything was clean, and the mattress was excellent for sleeping. The location is great for hikers. The landlord was very friendly and brought us the kettle we asked for right away. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and we were very satisfied overall. We’d book again anytime. Our room had a balcony but no TV, so unfortunately we couldn’t have both.
