My wife was here alone on a business trip, and the staff treated her with no respect. Someone called her room’s landline early in the morning, breathing loudly and saying nothing, which was harassing and deeply unsettling. Who knows what else they were doing. When she asked the receptionist to look into it, the receptionist just said it wasn’t her and acted as if that settled everything. There was no investigation, apology, or compensation. We’re left wondering why nobody tried to find out who harassed my wife, and why they wouldn’t look into it. At best, the response was rude. At worst, it seemed very suspicious.

The reception staff had angry, arrogant faces and didn’t even say hello. I was very disappointed and won’t return to this hotel or recommend it to my friends.

10/10
The staff were helpful, breakfast was pleasant, and the rooms were comfortable. There was even a sauna included in the price. The location right beside the train station was really practical, and I was very happy with my stay. If I travel to Bayreuth again, I’d definitely consider staying here.

Supermarkets, restaurants, and tea shops are all within walking distance. The hotel is peaceful, with friendly workers, and it’s only a few meters from Bayreuth Central railway station. Quite impressive.

The reception people weren’t friendly, and this was my second stay here. I’d reserved EV parking, but arrived with a very low battery and found no charging space, so I had to sort it out myself. I won’t be staying here again.
