Hotelpension Schwalbennest

Super service.

The fish was superb, and the service was top-notch, which is rare. We felt completely at ease, and that was obvious. A hearty laugh keeps you young. Everything was perfect! 👍🏻🍀🍀🍀

We’ll be regulars! We stumbled on the place by chance and felt welcome right away. For us, there’s no need to look anywhere else. The best place on Usedom. Benz is wonderful and very well located. It’s surrounded by fields and forest, with lovely places to admire on the way around. Everything else is easy to reach, and you can stop at pretty spots or enjoy them from the car. The dog beach is only a 12-minute drive away. For walks with a dog, you can wander through the village or past the nearby farm and its horses. There’s a beautiful church where you can buy jam and honey. A dairy nearby sells different cheeses, including cow, sheep, and goat, as well as salami and sausage. The animals are right there on site. The accommodation feels warm and full of thoughtful details. Breakfast is plentiful, with lots to choose from, and dinner is delicious with generous portions. The salad to start is divine. Vegetarians have plenty to enjoy as well. While waiting for the food, there are games and several fun quizzes, though the wait is hardly worth mentioning. We’re thrilled with how well the dogs are looked after. Five stars aren’t enough! Thanks again to the team ♡

The next morning’s breakfast was lovely, and the room was just as welcoming. I found the Schwalbennest when I needed somewhere at short notice, and the warm welcome made it a wonderful stay from the start. I’ll definitely come back. Until then, all the best to the family who run it 🍀
